Cranberry Mojitos
Celebrate the holidays with a pitcher these fun and festive Cranberry Mojitos. A little sweet, a little bit tart but all around delicious.

whole cranberries

lime juice

white rum

cranberry juice or cranberry juice cocktail

sparkling water

granulated sugar

plus limes and cranberry for garnish

Add fresh mint leaves and sugar to a large pitcher. Muddle together to break leaves into smaller pieces and release the oils.

Crush cranberries using a wooden spoon and add to mint and sugar.

Pour in cranberry juice, rum and sparkling water into pitcher and stir until sugar dissolved.

Chill for two hours in refrigerator before serving.

Garnish with limes and more fresh cranberries
