Moscow Mule Pitcher

Ingredients

  • 24 oz. ginger beer
  • 12 oz. vodka
  • 4 oz. lime juice fresh squeezed or bottled
  • 2 limes sliced
  • mint for garnish

Instructions

  1. Thinly slice two limes and place them in the bottom of the pitcher.

    Pour two 12 oz. bottles of Ginger Beer on top of the limes. 

    Next, add the lime juice and vodka and stir until combined. 

    Pour over ice and garnish with lime and mint. 

Recipe Notes

  • Use a good name brand vodka. Because there are not a lot of ingredients in this drink you will want to make sure you are using good quality products. 
  •  If you are making this in advance of a party combine everything but the ginger beer and ice and chill it in the fridge. Adding the ginger beer then letting it sit will weaken the flavor of the ginger and leave the drink with a flat taste. 
  • Mint is not 100% necessary it is an optional garnish
