8ouncescream cheesesoftened
¼cupmayonnaise
2tablespoonssour cream
2tablespoonsred onionminced
1tablespoondijon mustard
1tablespooncapersdrained and chopped (optional)
1tablespoonfresh dillchopped
1tablespoonfresh chivesfinely chopped
2teaspoonslemon juicefresh squeezed
1teaspoongarlic powder
½teaspoonkosher salt
½teaspoonblack pepper
½cupsmoked salmonchopped
Instructions
In a large bowl with an electric hand mixer, whip the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth.
Add the red onion, dijon, capers, dill, chives, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the bowl and mix to combine.
Add the smoked salmon and fold it in gently to not break up the pieces too much. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Cover and place in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving to chill well and allow the flavors to mingle.
