Blue Hawaiian

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ice cubes plus more for serving
  • 1 ½ cup white rum 12 oz
  • ¾ cup blue curaçao 6 oz
  • 2 cups pineapple juice 16 oz
  • ½ cup coconut cream 4 oz
  • Fresh pineapple slices/cubes for garnish
  • Cocktail cherries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add ice cubes into a large pitcher.
  2. Open the can of Coconut Cream and stir it until the liquid that has settled to the top is incorporated cream in the can. If you are using a squeeze bottle of coconut cream give it a good shake before using.
  3. Pour the white rum, blue curaçao, pineapple juice, and coconut cream into the pitcher.
  4. Stir well. Pour into an ice-filled glass. Garnish with pineapple slices and cherries. Cheers!

Recipe Notes

  1. Open the can of Coconut Cream and stir it until the liquid that has settled to the top is incorporated cream in the can. If you are using a squeeze bottle of coconut cream give it a good shake before using.
  2.  Coconut Cream Substitution: You can use coconut-flavored rum, such as Malibu, instead. You’ll get the same coconut flavor!
