Bacon and Chive Cheeseball

Bacon and Chive Cheeseball is a simple but delicious make ahead appetizer that is perfect for you next party or tailgate!

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 10 slices bacon crumbled and divided
  • 1/2 tablespoon chives chopped and divided
  • 1 cup pecans chopped and divided
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese half the bacon, half the pecans, and half the chives. Season garlic powder, and stir until combined

  2. Empty bowl out onto wax paper and shape into a ball then place in the refrigerator to harden
  3. Roll the cheeseball in the remaining bacon, pecans and chives
  4. Return to fridge or serve immediately
