These Cinnamon and Brown Sugar Sweet Potatoes tossed with butter, cinnamon and brown sugar then roasted in the oven until they are crisp on the outside and tender inside. These sweet potatoes are an easy delicious side dish that can put together in just minutes.

  • 3 medium sweet potatoes peeled and chopped into 1 inch pieces
  • 4 tablespoons butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar packed
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • salt to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil
  3. Wash and peel sweet potatoes, then chop into one inch pieces and transfer into a large bowl
  4. Melt butter in microwave for 30 seconds whisk in cinnamon, brown sugar and salt
  5. Pour mixture over potatoes and toss until evenly coated
  6. Spread evenly on to baking sheet and place in oven for 20 - 25 minutes stirring halfway through
