Preheat oven's broiler to high setting
In a saucepan combine Beef Consommé, onion powder, and garlic
Bring to a slow boil stirring often
Add roast beef two or three pieces at a time allowing them to simmer for two minutes.
Transfer warm roast beef onto sandwich roll
Layer cheese on then top with bread. Then place on a baking sheet.
Repeat steps 2-4 until all sandwiches are made
Place under broiler for 2 minutes or until cheese is metled.
Reheating Instructions: Wrap each sandwich individually in foil and keep in the fridge. When you are ready to reheat place the foil wrapped sandwich on a baking sheet and place in a 350 degree oven for about three minutes or until heated completely through. Leftover au jus can be reheated on the stove top or in the microwave.
