Cinnamon Sugar Pecans

  • 2 cups of pecans
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar firmly packed
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt


  1. In a large skillet melt tablespoons salted butter stir over medium heat until
  2. butter is melted
  3. Add brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon and salt to melted butter stir
  4. to combine
  5. Add pecans and cook, stirring constantly, for 5-7 minutes; make certain
  6. pecans are coated evenly
  7. Spread pecans in a single layer on parchment paper and cool
  8. completely; separate with forks to prevent sticking
  9. Store in air tight container
