Pour in chicken broth, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper stir to combine and then tortellini bring to a boil then reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until the tortellini tender

Remove skillet from heat stir in cream and frozen peas - be sure to take the skillet off the burner because cream can curdle quickly
