Easy Stir-Fry Zucchini

This Easy Stir-Fry Zucchini is a fantastic, healthy, low carb side dish that's perfect for when you're dieting or when you're not!

  • 4 medium sized zucchini spiralized
  • 1 small yellow onion spiralized
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds


  1. Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium high heat
  2. Add onions an cook for five minutes or until onions are tender and translucent
  3. Next, add zucchini to skillet and cook for three minutes
  4. Add soy sauce and teriyaki sauce and sesame seeds to wok and then toss together.
  5. Cook zucchini for an additional five minutes or until tender.
  6. Garnish with additional sesame seeds and fresh cracked pepper if desired.
