Bacon Ranch Cheddar Chicken Sandwiches

These Bacon Ranch Chicken Sandwiches combine cream cheese, cheddar, ranch seasoning and bacon then piled high on a bun to make then best sandwich that’s always a crowd pleaser whether it’s a weeknight dinner or a party.

Ingredients

  • 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts cooked and shredded
  • 8 ounces cream cheese room temperature
  • 4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled


  • 1 ounce Ranch seasoning mix or 2 tablespoons homemade
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • scallions sliced for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook chicken breast using the method of your choice. I used the instant pot because it is quick and convenient. See my notes for instant pot instructions. Once chicken breast are shredded set them aside while you make the cream cheese mixture.
  2. Place the cream cheese on the counter to soften, while the cream cheese is softening cook the bacon

  4. In a mixing bowl stir together the softened cream cheese, Ranch seasoning, cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon until just combined.
  5. Add the chicken to the cream cheese mixture and fold it in until well combined.
  6. Serve on buns, tortillas or lettuce leaves. Garnish with scallions if desired.
