Ingredients
For the Corn Mixture
2cans cream style corn
1can whole kernel corndrained
2eggswhisked
1/2teaspoonItalian seasoning
1/2teaspoongarlic powder
1/2teaspoononion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Cracker Crust
1sleeve Ritz crackerscrushed
1/4cupbuttermelted
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick spray. Set the baking dish aside.
In a small bowl whisk together the two eggs. Open and drain the can of whole kernel corn.
In a medium sized mixing bowl whisk together the cans of corn, eggs, butter, Italian seasoning, garlic powder and onion powder, salt and pepper.
Transfer the corn mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Crush the Ritz cracker into a separate mixing bowl and toss in the melted butter until evenly coated.
Sprinkle butter coated crackers over the corn mixture. And place in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the crackers are golden brown.

You can line your baking dish with foil then spray with non-stick spray to make clean-up faster and easier.
