Old Fashioned

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Bourbon
  • 2 dashes Angosta Bitters
  • 1 sugar cube
  • Slice of orange peel expressed for garnish
  • Cherry garnish

Instructions

  1. In the bottom of a rock glass muddle together a sugar cube with bitters and a small splash of water.
  2. Add ice cubes to the glass.
  3. Pour in bourbon and stir for about 30 seconds using a cocktail spoon.
  4. Garnish with orange peel and cherry.

Recipe Notes

1 teaspoon sugar maybe be exchanged for the sugar cube
