Salted Peanut Roll Bars

These easy no-bake Salted Peanut Roll Bars are the perfect combination of salty and sweet. They’re so good you won’t believe they’re made with only FIVE ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz dry roasted salted peanuts
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 14 oz . can sweetened condensed milk
  • 6 oz package peanut butter chips
  • 4 cups marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Spray a 9x13 cake pan with non stick cooking spay and then line the pan with half of the peanuts
  2. Over medium high heat meat the butter and then add the sweetened condensed milk and stir until combined.
  3. Add the peanut butter chips into the mixture stir until melted
  4. Pour in the marshmallows and stir into the peanut butter mixture until they are just puffy
  5. When marshmallows are puffy remove the pot from the heat and pour over the peanuts in the cake pan. Spread evenly across the pan.
  6. Put the remaining peanuts over the top of the mixture. Lightly press the peanuts into the mixture to prevent them from falling off once cooled.
  7. Finally, place the pan in the refrigerator for about an hour.
  8. Cut the bars to desired size and serve. Keep bars in an air tight container in the fridge for up to five days.
