Ingredients
120 oz. package fresh or frozen cheese ravioli
2large eggs
1cupItalian bread crumbs
1/2cupParmesan cheese
1/2teaspoongarlic powder
Marinara sauce for dipping
Instructions
Instructions for frying:
Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper
If using frozen ravioli bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook ravioli for three minutes, drain and set aside
In a large shallow bowl beat eggs
In a second shallow bowl combine Italian bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and garlic powder
Dip ravioli in egg then allow excess to drip off before tossing the ravioli in the bread crumb mixture
Place breaded ravioli on prepared baking sheet repeat until all the ravioli are breaded
In a large skillet or pan heat 2-3 inches or vegetable, canola or peanut oil to 325º
Carefully drop several breaded ravioli in the hot oil and fry for about 2 minutes per side
Remove from oil with a slotted spoon and place on a paper towel lined baking sheet or tray to drain
Instructions for baking:
Preheat oven to 425º

Note: you can bread the ravioli the day before and refrigerate over night by placing them on a baking sheet and covering it securely with plastic wrap
