  • 2 pounds large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese shredded
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
  • parsley for garnish


  1. Preheat oven to 400º
  2. Spray a large baking sheet with nonstick spray
  3. In a bowl combine olive oil, garlic oregano, basil, onion powder, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
  4. Gently toss shrimp in mixture to coat
  5. Lay shrimp in a single layer on baking sheet
  6. Place in oven and cook for 6-8 minutes or until shrimp is firm and pink
  7. Squeeze the juice of one lemon over the top of shrimp and garnish with parsley if desired.
