This week’s meal plan features great comfort foods. There are recipes for pasta, and macaroni and cheese, turkey chill and a Portobello Mushroom burger. There is also a recipe a classic Southern dish: Shrimp and Grits. There is a recipe for Chicken Cordon Bleu that’s made with only five ingredients. Plus if you are in a hurry, and who isn’t this time of year check out the recipe for 15 Minute Gnocchi and Ham. Oh, and did I mention Cajun Chicken Thighs? Yeah. You read that right. They sound amazing.
