It’s Thanksgiving week! Which are you more excited about the turkey or the sides? I’ll be 100% honest with you, for me it’s all about the side dishes. This year I’m planning to make my Southern Style Skillet Corn and Cranberry Relish along with a few other sides like my new recipe for Mushroom and Toasted Pine Nut Rice Pilaf. This year for dessert I’m making this delicious Easy Chocolate Bundt Cake. If you haven’t made this cake yet you’re you should! My secret is the sour cream, it makes the cake moist and so wonderfully rich!!
Don’t forget the other big event happening: Black Friday! I’m not one to get out in the crowds but I might check out the sales from home in my comfy pajamas. I did catch a great pre-Black Friday sale and I snagged an Instant Pot! I’ve got to admit that it’s pretty cool.
