Ingredients

  • 2 zucchini small
  • 2 yellow squash small
  • 3 cloves garlic finely minces or 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • fresh cracked black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place in a 350º oven for 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden brown. Season with fresh cracked black pepper and serve immediately.
