Prepare a 9x13 casserole with non-stick spray
In a medium sized shallow bowl or pie plate combine flour and paprika
Coat both sides of the chicken the flour mixture and then transfer to the casserole dish
In a bowl combine honey, soy sauce, Sriracha sauce, and minced garlic
Pour the sauce over the chicken, you may need to turn the chicken to make sure each side is coated evenly
Cover casserole dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes
At the end of 30 minutes remove the foil and bake for 15 additional minutes or until the chicken reaches and internal temperature of 165 degrees. ¼
It is not necessary to season the chicken with salt before cooking for this recipe. The soy sauce has enough acidity to bring out the flavors in the chicken.
Dredge both sides the chicken through the flour so that the sauce adheres to each side.
Dipping the chicken in the flour first will also help the chicken stay moist.
Add a 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes to the sauce before pouring it over the chicken to add a little spice to this recipe.
